We have explored various non invasive and non surgical devices over the past decade. While most devices have not lived up to promises, there is still optimism. Aesthetic Guide magazine featured in the December 2015 edition the best 2 non surgical devices in the upcoming 2016 year. Vanquish ME and CoolSculpting has been voted the top devices. After our own personal research over the past decade this may be the very first time we have totally agreed with a magazine. Vanquish ME (Vanquish is the older model ME is the newer model) can cover your entire abdomen and flanks at one time, Coolsculpting can cover about a stick of butter or two. We have both of these devices at our facilities and love them both. We currently use the Vanquish ME more because more of our patients have larger areas to cover. Coolsculpting is a great choice is you just have that very small isolated area you can’t get rid of and you have excessively tried dieting and exercise.
