After completing an initial series of 9 laser hair removal treatments (must be our package of 9 only) at the recommended intervals (no sooner than 6 weeks apart), you are entitled to purchase additional treatments at 50% off the current retail (non discounted or non promotion) single treatment price if you ever want or need additional touch-ups in the future.
Style MedSpa, Life Time Maintenance Plan only applies to areas previously treated and is only included with the purchase of a pre-paid series of 9 treatments. All treatments must be performed at recommended intervals dictated by our medical protocol.
Missed appointments not rescheduled within 24 hours of the initial appointment, there will be a $45 fee or a forfeiture of one pre-paid treatment. To maintain our tremendous pricing and Guarantee’s we do not make any exceptions for missed appointment fees.
